About Our Physicians

The physicians that perform procedures in our Surgical Centers go through an extensive review and credentialing process before they are able to operate at our facilities.

The Medical Executive Committee, which consists of a team of doctors from all specialties, personally review physicians application to ensure that only the best physicians practice at the Surgical Centers.

Information for Physicians

Anesthesia

Using a unique service-improvement initiative we call Best Practices (BP), our centers have significantly reduced the time between scheduled and actual surgery starts. And we continue to improve our turnover times between cases to make the most of your time. You'll find that turnover time is what makes us stand above the rest.

Accommodate your schedule

Through daily turndown analysis, we know and we grant surgeon's first request for time and date of surgery.

Anticipating your equipment and supply requests

When a surgeon asks for something new, the employee who hears the requests owns it. Ninety-seven percent of the time we respond within 48 hours, and 9 out of 10 times we have the items ready for the surgeon's next visit.

Ensuring Clinical Preparedness

We correctly pull all equipment and supplies prior to surgery

Ensuring Clinical Competence

Our PACU nurses are certain of their ability to recognize and respond to critical post anesthesia conditions, including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, hypotension, hemorrhage, acute allergic reaction and malignant hyperthermia.

Ensuring OR Clinical Competence

Our OR nurses are also assured of their ability to recognize and respond to critical OR conditions, including cardiac arrest, malignant hyperthermia, allergic reaction, hemorrhage, monitoring patients undergoing IV sedation and operation of specialty equipment.
